We process personal information to deliver optometric care, manage appointments and billing, submit medical-aid claims, comply with HPCSA and other legal obligations, and operate our website. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Eye-care necessarily involves health information, which POPIA classifies as special personal information. We process it with your consent or where it is necessary to provide healthcare, under strict confidentiality and access controls, in line with section 32 of POPIA.

• Request correction or deletion of inaccurate, irrelevant or outdated information.
• Object to processing or withdraw consent (subject to legal retention rules).
• Submit a complaint to the Information Regulator.
