By accessing this website or submitting a booking request you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is operated by Vision Care Optical Inc (registration 2020/110745/21), an HPCSA-registered optometry practice in Mabopane, Pretoria.

Information on this site is for general guidance only and is not a substitute for a clinical examination, diagnosis or prescription. Always consult a qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist for personal eye-care advice.

• A submitted booking is a request; it is confirmed once we contact you.
• You must provide accurate, current information when booking.
• We do not accept appointments on Sundays or South African public holidays.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
• If you cannot make your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.

Consultation and dispensing fees are quoted upfront. Where you choose to claim from a medical aid, you remain responsible for any portion not paid by your scheme.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or defamatory content (including in testimonials).
• Attempt to interfere with the site's security or availability.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

By submitting a testimonial you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your first name, location and review on the site after our review and approval. You may request removal at any time by emailing us.

All content on this site — logo, photographs, copy and design — is owned by Vision Care Optical or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or republish it without written permission.

Where we link to external websites (e.g. the Information Regulator), we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Vision Care Optical is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for clinical negligence in the consulting room.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
